Startup Runway Foundation

According to a 2020 Kauffman Fellows study of 20 years of returns, diverse founding teams return 30% more capital to their investors than homogenous teams. Valor's portfolio is 70% led by underrepresented founders. We created the large pitch even in the country for founders of color and female-led startups, the Startup Runway Foundation. The Foundation's nonprofit mission is to introduce under-represented founders to their first investor. We're sourcing the best under-represented founders in the country.
