Alaina Percival is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Board Chair of Women Who Code, an international nonprofit dedicated to empowering diverse women to excel in technology careers. Under her leadership, the organization has grown to serve over 360,000 members in 147 countries. Previously, Alaina worked as the Head of Developer Outreach at Riviera Partners and as the Corporate Brand Manager at Nfinity, where she significantly boosted the company’s PR and social media presence. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and an MBA from Georgia State University .
